3/4 cup honey 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups cracked wheat
2 1/2 cups rolled oats 2 cups bran flakes
1 cup wheat germ 1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped roasted soybeans
• Preheat oven to 325°.
• Heat honey, oil and vanilla in a saucepan.
• Pour over all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and spread on two greased baking sheets.
• Bake for 15 minutes or until nicely golden brown. Stir occasionally during baking to prevent overbrowning.
• Cool and store in a sealed container.
